PART1 Professional Team & Equipment

 

 QC Engineer Team: A well-trained and experienced team familiar with the inspection standards for various components (chips, resistors, capacitors, connectors, etc.), capable of accurately identifying quality risk points for different types of products. Core Testing Equipment: In addition to X-RAY testing machines and high-magnification microscopes, it is also equipped with temperature and humidity instruments, drying machines, ion meters, capacitance testers, etc., to verify quality from multiple dimensions, ranging from appearance to basic electrical properties. Standardized Internal Inspection Process: The process includes incoming material inspection, internal and external packaging inspection, label inspection, silk screen inspection, appearance inspection, and dimension measurement. Photos are taken for archiving at the end. Each batch of inspection has detailed records, and inspection results are traceable—making "qualification" not just a verbal commitment, but a guarantee supported by data. 

PART2 Free Inspection Reports
 

✅Free X-RAY Inspection: Penetrates component packaging to show internal solder joints and wiring. Hidden issues such as cold soldering, empty soldering, and foreign objects are revealed at a "glance", eliminating the risk of "good appearance but poor internal quality".
✅Free Appearance Inspection: Uses high-magnification industrial microscopes for detailed inspection. Appearance defects such as pin oxidation, plating peeling, shell scratches, and stains are not missed—preventing "defective products from entering inventory" at the source.

PART3 MSL Standard Packaging: Avoid Last-Step Issues

Many people overlook this: even if components pass inspection, improper packaging can lead to moisture absorption or damage during transportation and storage, ultimately affecting their use. Starting from "full-process quality", ECOM Electronics strictly packages all shipped components in accordance with MSL (Moisture Sensitivity Level) standards:Based on the moisture sensitivity level of components, vacuum packaging, moisture-proof packaging, and other methods are used to precisely control the humidity inside the package. Even during long-distance transportation or long-term storage, components will remain in optimal condition when you receive them—avoiding "useless upon arrival" caused by packaging issues.
