2025 ECOM's Cultural Immersion Trip
2025 ECOM's Cultural Immersion Trip When the blue glow of screens fades and the rhythm of keyboard taps slows, the ECOM team embarked on a "cultural roots-seeking + nature-inspired" team building journey. From the ancient red walls of Nanchang to the mist-shrouded peaks of Lushan, over three days, we understood collaboration through walking and lived our original aspiration through climbing.
DAY.01 Nanchang

Our journey began with the aroma of mixed rice noodles and earthen pot soup wafting through Zhubao Street at dawn. This "down-to-earth start" was thoughtfully arranged to let busy professionals unwind through taste buds. In the afternoon, the bright red team flags fluttered alongside the military flag at Bayi Square, standing out vividly under the sun. Stepping into Bayi Memorial Museum, we felt the weight of history amid yellowed documents—witnessing the birth of the Communist Party of China's independent armed forces. As the sun set, we climbed the 89 steps to the top of Tengwang Pavilion, one of China's Three Great Pavilions South of the Yangtze River. Immersed in the poetic scenery of "sunset clouds drifting with solitary ducks, autumn water merging with the sky," our laughter mingled with the river breeze. When night fell, Wanshou Palace's lanterns lit up, reviving the ancient street layout and showcasing Nanchang's historical evolution. Over the featured dinner, we chatted freely—from project challenges to life stories—breaking down barriers over toasts.
DAY.02 Lushan

At dawn, we traveled to Lushan Scenic Area, a 5A-level World Cultural Heritage site known as a fairyland in poets' verses. By the misty lake at Xianren Cave, we took our first group photo—arms around shoulders, hearts formed with hands—smiles brighter than the lake's glow. The real challenge unfolded in Jinxiu Valley. Soon, team members supported each other: some shared loads, some led the way, others helped those behind. The steep mountain path felt lighter with mutual assistance—mirroring the cross-departmental collaboration in our work: covering each other's backs and taking responsibility together to move forward steadily. The coolness of Xianren Cave, the grandeur of steep peaks, and the tranquility of Yubei Pavilion all became testaments to our teamwork.
DAY.03 Jiujiang
We took a cable car from Hanpokou to Dakou Waterfall, also called Rainbow Waterfall for the colorful arcs that appear after rain. Here, we admired the waterfall's momentum like "a thousand feet of water pouring down, suspected to be the Milky Way falling from heaven" and overlooked Poyang Lake's elegance. Later, we visited Meilu Villa, an exquisite British-style mansion that witnessed important historical negotiations. Standing before the exhibits at the Former Conference Site (now People's Theater), we felt the profound changes of the times.
On the way back, memories flooded—fumbling through reciting "Tengwang Pavilion Preface," supporting colleagues on mountain paths, and sharing photos in the group late at night. We realized: the best team memories are these genuine moments. Back to Work, Carrying the Journey's Strength As we returned to the familiar city, the journey ended, but the power it ignited continues to grow: We practiced the true meaning of "teamwork" in Jinxiu Valley—breaking down departmental barriers through side-by-side climbing. We understood "striving for excellence" on Lushan's peaks—success has no shortcuts; only steady steps lead to the top. We felt the warmth of "give and take, co-build and share"—the company invests time and care to unite the team, and teammates give sincerity and help to achieve mutual success. This trip was more than a benefit; it was a turning point. It transformed us from "work partners" to "comrades-in-arms," from "working individually" to "aligning as one." Moving forward, the ECOM team will carry the strength gained from mountains and rivers, integrate collaborative tacit understanding into the future, and infuse the perseverance of climbing into every project. In the wave of the electronics industry, we will jointly create our own "masterpiece like Tengwang Pavilion Preface"!
