As time passes by and seasons change, our glorious chapter is renewed day by day. At this moment of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, Brother TC BOY invites everyone to gather together and attend the annual grand event that belongs to ECOM.
In the past year, the global market has been changing constantly, and the competition within the industry has become increasingly fierce. Many challenges have come one after another like surging waves. However, not a single member of ECOM Electronics has ever flinched. Instead, we have inspired infinite fighting spirit and potential in the face of adversity. We have gained in-depth insights into market trends, accurately grasped customer needs, and opened up a unique path that belongs to ECOM.
This elaborately prepared annual meeting banquet is our affectionate look back on the course of struggle in the past year, and also an impassioned outlook on the grand blueprint for the future. At the annual meeting venue, it was decorated with lanterns and colorful streamers, bustling with excitement, and filled with a festive and joyful atmosphere everywhere. With the speech of General Manager Lin of ECOM Electronics, the evening party slowly kicked off. Listening to the voice of the wise, we jointly opened a new chapter for the future.
Looking forward to the new year, we are full of confidence. Looking back on the past, we have overcome numerous difficulties and walked with firm steps. The speeches given by the representatives of various department heads were inspiring. Those days and nights of hard work were like shining stars, illuminating our path forward. Facing the complex and changeable market environment, we have never been afraid. Time and time again, we have made choices in difficult situations and set sail against the current!
As the lights grew softer and the music played gently, General Manager Lin, General Manager Guo, General Manager Li, and General Manager Wan slowly rose to their feet, holding crystal-clear wine glasses in their hands, and raised their glasses to make a speech: "Looking back on the past, we rowed against the wind and pressed forward bravely. Looking at the present, we are full of ambition and ready to go. At this moment, this glass of wine embodies our past and future. Let's raise our glasses together, to pay tribute to the years, to our dreams, and to our remarkable team!" When the wine glasses clinked together, the clear sound was filled with good expectations for the future. Laughter and cheerful voices intertwined and echoed in the venue, pushing the atmosphere of the annual meeting to a new climax.
Amid the warm applause, we ushered in the highly anticipated award ceremony. This is a noble tribute to the teams and individuals who performed outstandingly in their respective positions and made outstanding contributions to the company's development over the past year. The winners of the Sales Champion, Procurement Champion, and Best Dedication Award are the dazzling stars on the company's development path. Their stories will inspire every employee to strive hard, pursue excellence, and contribute more to the company's development in the new year.
As the wine started to take effect, wonderful program performances came one after another. The stage was brightly lit and an audio-visual feast began. Colleagues who usually focused on work now transformed into stage spirits, weaving dreams with their talents and igniting hope with their enthusiasm. The performer of the individual song "Love Trap and Karaoke Forever OK" seemed to bring us to his personal concert. The performance "ECOM · New Year's Day · Celebrating a New Chapter" brought by the leadership pushed the program atmosphere to a climax. General Manager Lin, the magician, captured the attention of the entire audience with his superb performance. The skit "Where Has All the Time Gone" by the Sales Department was full of wonderful twists and turns, and there was continuous laughter on the scene. The skit "Princess, Please Don't Be Deceived" by the Logistics and Functional Departments that came on stage one after another was humorous and made the audience laugh out loud. The dancers of the Procurement Department in the dance "Do You Want to Dance?" interpreted the New Year's enthusiasm with their agile and graceful postures. In the tender singing of the individual song "Tampering", everyone was intoxicated and spontaneously formed a sea of lights on the scene.
During the intervals between the program performances, the exciting lottery draw sessions pushed the atmosphere of the annual meeting to new heights time and time again. The lottery guests were invited onto the stage, and everyone's hearts raced as they stared intently at the lottery box, eagerly awaiting the arrival of Lady Luck. When the winners of the Happiness Award were announced, their joy was palpable. With the announcement of the third prize, the lucky ones beamed with smiles. The awarding of the second prize triggered even louder cheers. And when the winner of the first prize was revealed, the whole venue erupted in excitement. Thanks to the mysterious prize sponsored by General Manager Li, which made the hearts that were hanging in suspense filled with renewed anticipation! The lucky winners went up to the stage to receive their prizes under the envious gazes of others, too excited to put their feelings into words. This luck was not only a personal surprise but also added a wonderful expectation and blessing for the new year. It symbolized ECOM care and rewards for its employees and also signified good luck and smooth sailing in the new year.
At the end of the event, the host specially invited General Manager Lin to take the stage to reveal the most mysterious and suspenseful grand prize of this time. The answer was unveiled — it turned out to be an exquisitely designed Chinese zodiac commemorative medal with the company's mascot! This was not only a symbol of honor but also a high recognition of the employees' hard work. It was worth mentioning that it would be continued as an annual traditional award, carrying the company's deep expectations for each member. We sincerely hope that in the future, more and more like-minded partners will join this warm family of the company and, with their outstanding performances, take this precious honor into their arms and jointly create an even more brilliant tomorrow.
As the last note faded away and the last prize was given out, this annual meeting came to a successful conclusion amid laughter, warmth and touching moments. "Flying Against the Wind, Gathering Momentum for Soaring" is our expectation for the coming year. "Surpass", "Extraordinary" and "Sublimation" will be the key words for the new year. We believe that ECOM will continue to row against the wind, gather momentum and soar high, and bravely march towards a more brilliant tomorrow!
The annual conference brought a perfect ending to the past year amid laughter and joy. And we, full of anticipation, welcomed a vibrant and passionate team-building trip. This was not only a continuation of the jubilant atmosphere of the annual meeting but also a powerful start as we joined hands to embark on a new journey. We walked out from the dazzling lights of the annual meeting into the vast outdoors. Soon, we would feel the collision of speed and passion while riding off-road vehicles at top speed, showcase the charm of concentration and precision on the archery range, and savor the blend of calmness and wisdom during the elegant swings of playing golf.
Team building
The warm winter sun shone on the ground, and we gathered at the off-road cycling venue. Cool off-road vehicles were neatly lined up, as if waiting for us to conquer the unknown roads. The experience of challenging ourselves and breaking through limits began with the roar of the engines, and everyone embarked on the cycling journey full of anticipation.
The rugged mountain paths and muddy trails couldn't stop our advancing steps. When we successfully overcame the obstacles and reached the finish line, cheers echoed in the mountains, and everyone's face was beaming with the joy and pride of victory.
After bidding farewell to the wildness of off-road vehicles, we came to the archery range. Under the patient guidance of the coaches, everyone picked up bows and arrows and focused on aiming at the bull's-eye. Every time we drew the bow, it was a test of our concentration and patience. Each arrow that left the string carried our pursuit of the target. On the archery range, some colleagues showed their talents right away and hit the bull's-eye with every shot. Although some colleagues didn't get good results at first, they were not discouraged at all. They kept adjusting their postures and the strength they used, and finally achieved good results as well. Only by clearly defining the target, maintaining focus, and constantly adjusting the methods can we hit the target accurately and achieve excellent results.
The vast green lawn and the fresh air made people feel relaxed and happy. Everyone earnestly learned the basic skills of golf. From gripping the club to swinging it, every movement was strived to be done in a standard and elegant manner. Golf seems simple, but in fact, it contains profound philosophy. It requires us to precisely control the strength and direction while maintaining a peaceful state of mind. At the moment of hitting the ball, we should concentrate and focus on the present. Only by remaining calm and composed and dealing with problems with a peaceful state of mind can we better give play to our abilities and achieve our goals.
This team-building activity was not just a simple outing, but also a tempering and sublimation of the team spirit. In the future days, we will devote ourselves to work with more enthusiasm, firmer belief and more united spirit. We believe that as long as we pool our efforts, there will be no difficulties that cannot be overcome and no goals that cannot be achieved.
